I was born with a rare syndrome that triggered serious health challenges from the very beginning—liver‑cancer as an infant, years of invasive medical tests, and eventually five kidney diseases by the time I was twenty‑three. At my lowest point doctors told me I’d be lucky to live to thirty.  Standing at that crossroads, I saw two paths: surrender to a life of pills, pain, and death—or forge my own healing journey. I chose the second.

That decision led me to Mindfulness, Energy Healing, Indigenous Medicine, and a decade of study with multiple mentors and teachers, resulting in remembering and reclaiming my own indigenous roots and lineage. I logged 45,000 miles, completed more than 3,000 patron sessions, and earned certifications in Native Medicine, NLP Coaching, Reiki Mastery, Sound Healing, and skills of dozens of complementary modalities. Most of all, I learned to trust the healer within —and celebrated my 30‑year cancer‑free milestone in 2022.

Today, at 33 and thriving, I help others reclaim that same inner authority. Through Integrative Fields of Medicine®, I weave ancient wisdom with modern science to interpret and align the four main bodies—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. My signature tool that I use daily and teach to others is Muscle Testing, a free, built‑in “truth detector” that anyone can use to return to alignment quickly and confidently.
